A Thumb Sucker?

So, the big question is will Peyton be a thumb sucker like her mommy was.  (I know it would make Nana happy if she was, but Mommy and Daddy sure don't want expensive orthodontist bills!)  She is definitely not as attached to the pacifier as her big sister was.  Yesterday morning, she was really fussy, trying to get her thumb in her mouth.  She would get it in and suck for a little bit, but it just wouldn't stay.  So I gave her a pacifier to see if that would help settle her.  It was one of those new soothe ones with the big hole in the middle.  Next think I know, she has her thumb in the hole of the pacifier, sucking away and happily sleeping.  This kid is already thinking outside the box at 12 weeks old.
