We recently went up north to Callicoon, NY to celebrate the 80th birthday of Christian's grandfather. It was a quick trip as we were back in our driveway within 48 hours from departing it, but we had a BLAST and fit a lot of activity in to a short period of time. Unfortunately, Beth was sick with a severe migraine on Saturday and was still recovering on Sunday, so as our usually family photographer wasn't feeling well, we didn't get a lot of pictures, but here are some of our highlights.

Emily getting her groove on the dance floor with Nana, all her Great-Aunts and a few cousins. You know it's a good party when Emily passes up the birthday cake because she is to busy dancing.

Mommy feeding Peyton a bottle, trying to make the best of not feeling well.

On Mother's Day we drove out to Cousin Mandy's house to visit with the Finch side of the family. Mandy's house is on the base of a mountain over looking a gorgeous lake. Above Emily and Aunt Diane take in the view.
Looking down the mountain to Mandy's back patio. It was great to see Grandma Finch who met Peyton for the 1st time!
Later that night we went to Uncle Fred's house for pizza and Survivor. Emily and Peyton had the best time playing with their dog Marley. Emily told me she wanted her our Marley Dog. YEAH RIGHT!

It never fails that the girls end up in our bed when we travel. Beth had Emily's head in her side all night while Chris dealt with feet in his face. It wasn't until 5:30 AM that Peyton decided to join us...4 really is a crowd, even in a California King!
Peyton enjoying a snack on the airplane after a long nap.

Emily watching one of her videos as we fly home.
We had such a blast seeing so many of our extended family and being able to celebrate such a special occasion with all of them!
HAPPY 80TH BIRTHDAY GRANDPA STABBERT!
