How Big is Peyton?

SO BIG!!!

Our little Peyton isn't so little anymore. She is now 9 months old...UNBELIEVABLE!! She weighed in at 20 lbs 2 oz and is 28 inches long. Needless to say she is off the size charts for kids her age. She is wearing mostly 18 month clothes now and people are always surprised when they ask me how old she is.

She is now on the move! Crawling and pulling up on everything. She tries to chase after her big sister and while she is fast, she isn't quite fast enough yet. Although, it won't be long now before she starts running after Emily!

The girls continue to enjoy each other, playing well together most of the time. There is nothing that makes me smile more than watching the two of them giggle at one another.

Peyton is also starting to say a few things. She has had "DaDa" down for awhile now, we're still working on Mama...it comes out sounding more like "BaaBaa." She also says "Hi" and "Bye" and is starting to get the hang of waving bye. She LOVES to clap her hands and has caught on to the "So Big" game and Peek-a-Boo.

Her eyes remain blue just like her Daddy. She has lots of curly locks growing in and probably has more hair than her sister had by the time she was 18 months.

It's hard to imagine her 1st birthday is quickly approaching. If seems like just yesterday we brought her home from the hospital. What an amazing blessing she is!!!
